Form 1099s are not mailed if the annual dividend income is less than $10. A copy of your 1099 form may be obtained by sending a letter to either Shareholder Relations at our corporate office or sending a letter to Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company.

Wausau Paper (NYSE:WPP) was first listed on the New York Stock Exchange on March 26, 1998 as Wausau Mosinee Paper Corporation (NYSE:WMO). Since that listing no dividends in the form of stock splits have been distributed to shareholders.
Predecessors to Wausau Paper - Wausau Paper Mills Company and Mosinee Paper Corporation merged in March 1998. Shareholders of Mosinee Paper Corporation received 1.4 shares of Wausau Mosinee Paper Corporation common stock for each share of Mosinee Paper Corporation common stock they held. Wausau Paper Mills shares were exchanged on a 1-for-1 basis.

I have lost my stock certificate. How can I replace it?
Because there are costs involved in replacing stock certificates, you should make every effort to locate your certificates first. (Don't forget to check your safety deposit box.)
If you still cannot find your certificate, contact shareholder services at our corporate office or our transfer agent, Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company.
Continental will put a stop on the certificates. They will then send you an affidavit and instructions for obtaining replacement certificates. This includes posting a surety bond totaling 2% of the current market value of the total shares of stock.
Continental will issue new certificates within two weeks of receiving the completed paperwork.
